What is this food? i fell in love with it but i don't know the name?

How can we tell, you don't describe it other than potato like substance? Sweet potato, white potato, yellow potato? Mashed? Made into a noodle? or was it the filling between the noodle? Are you sure was potato? If mashed could have been any other root vegetable like celeriac or even cauliflower. Need more info please
