If you speak italian with a french accent can you actually fool someone into thinking...?

No, you couldn't do that. Orthographically all the languages you mentioned are quite similar but in terms of phonology, they vary considerably. A Spaniard would be able to understand a lot of written Portuguese and a reasonable amount of Italian but would not necessarily understand a great deal of the spoken language. Spanish is the closest language to Portuguese (apart from Galician).
