Mormons: Is the concept of being "a peculiar people" essential to the modern Mormon identity?

This is joseph smith and thanks for the interest. what is essential is that a black man has the ability to convert to mormon and in his next life be born as a white mormon man. do not be confused by color or what is but only what will be. essential to the mormon culture is that we have picked up where jehovah left off. most of what is essential is protocol to the existing system of creationism to give freewill towards evolution of the spirit and ones notion to follow his chosen leader. that should not condemn him from growth and the courage to be all he can. My will is to give all this oppurtunity. let not hate condemn the spirit. to race or color or laws of the world but only intent.
