How do i make paper mache?

It's really simple. You just need newspaper cut into strips. Take a bowl and pour in some flour. Add water and mix.The consistency should be thick and not too watery. Then dip in the newspaper strips and wrap them around whatever you want. If you want a circular shape, blow up a balloon and wrap a few layers of strips around it while leaving a little hole somewhere. When it's completely dry, pop the balloon through the hole and you have a circle-ish shape.
