Making the first move?

I am being serious here but girls usually need to make the first move. This only applies if the guy knows you like him, he likes you too much to see you go, or he thinks highly of himself. I am a shy guy but I don't want to invade a girls personal space. I don't want to try and kiss her and get shut down. Oh and i forgot to mention yes I am available. JK :)
