In alot of pain do you have any more suggestions?

i have iced my foot that i got stabbed with a rusted nail im on penicillin ive cleaned it and continue to do so.. i have taken the bandage stuff off of it to air it a bit and its still in pain.. i take pian killers too.. but really isnt doing nothing it happened 3 days when i was trying to fill a baby pool up got on top of a bucket full of nails without knowing it . i slipt into it and caught three nails into my foot one deeper then all three.. middleish of my foot under the bif toe its bruised
