Do we live in a Democracy?
Or a Democratic Republic? Or a Constitutional Republic? A true Democratic Republic is where you vote for people based on what they do, not on what they say they will do. In a true Democracy the people come up with ideas and those ideas are tested to see if they have worked in the past or will work. That's why I advocate a Resource Based Economy. Democracy is an illusion, you get to vote for two preselected people who are polar opposites for two parties. Who get paid by the corporations to only do what's in their interest. Also once we elect them they get to do whatever they want, with lobbyists paying everybody in power who do you think the government serves? Did you vote for the war in Iraq? How about the war on drugs? Also Bush shredded the Constitution with the Patriot Act. We don't live in a Democracy, Democratic Republic, or a Constitutional Republic we live in a Corporatocracy. Please join the movement. thezeitgeistmovement.com thevenusproject.com technocracy.com
