Someone pointed out to me that I have super high metabolism where I burn through food like nothing. He suggested that I could pretty much stuff my face with food throughout the day to bulk up. I'm 125 lbs and skinny but my goal is 160 within 8 months. I plan on taking in alot of whey protein (what's a good brand and cheap?) to build muscles. I already have a workout schedule set up, just need to figure out a good bulk up diet.
