What are respectable SAT II scores for MIT,Stanford,Cal tech,Cornell,GIT,Carnegie Mellon,Princeton?

I gave my SAT II in Phy,Chem and Maths level 2 on Dec 4 and scored 780,800,790 respectively;How good are these scores for the univs. mentioned above??? What were the mid 50% score range in SAT II for all the above univs. mentioned above for the previous year??I want to apply as an Undergrad freshman in Engineering Department .Please help........
