My labradors had puppies...and how im confused about the colors...help?

i know i have two black puppies. i know i have 5 white puppies. (though technically called yellow.) i know i have one chocolate...who is actually what i discovered is dark chocolate. now the other two...im confused. they appear black when next to the chocolate and appear dark chocolate when next to the black. they are not quite either color. when its by its self its kinda a dull blackish brown. i know that there are charcoal labs. and im wondering if these two qualify. judging by some of the pictures ive seen they do, but by others they don't. in any pictures i try to take of them they appear dull black which is not their color in reality so it would do no justice to post a picture. but i don't know what to list these two pups as. any ideas? any experience? i am sure they are pure. if it helps the sire is black and the dam is chocolate. they both have yellow in their heritage. upon mating them i didn't realize there would be color confusion... help!
