How can I start making money asap with no money to invest?

I have lupus SLE it is attacking my kidneys My doctor says I am already in kidney failure I because I have a bloodclot in one of my kidney.I have a appeal for my my disability but no date yet I'm living off the kindness of friend. I need a speed hearing now. In the mean time I am try to stay busy . and the stress does not help when you have lupus.so if anyone can help ? I thank you for your reply
