I eat creamcheese all the time.. for breakfast, then 3 times a week dunkin donuts bagel with c/cheese spread... is it a VERY bad? i started this habit about like 4 months ago everything was fine... but then i went to the doctor and i was 94 pounds... den when i had to GO again 3 weeks later i was 105 =/ is this cuz its taking a toll on me now?
