Where is the best jewelry store to go and sell a ring at?

i live in tampa fl, i went to a jewelry store in citrus park mall and they said the best place to go is international plaza? does anyone know of any stores in international plaza to sell my ring? its a 14k white gold ring with opals and saphires. it weighs around 6 grams. beautiful ring.. so where do i go??
