Fellow Christians: why do atheists say that medicine cures people, when evolution is false?

one person's opinion does not have to be 100% right or wrong...there is truth in all sides. Many medicines are effective and helpful(tho persdonally I practice as much herbal medicine as possible). the ability to heal, create new cures, ect is a gift not all have and should be respected. At the same time, many believe this ability is a divine gift
