Why do armor all tires stay black after washing?

It's seems like when it rains or when I wash my tires they always stay black. It seems like once I started using armor all precision applicator extreme tire shine that my general grabber hts tires stay black forever. The only thing I don't get is why do my tires always get dirty around the whole edge of the tire. Last night I went fishing and my tires were black and this morning I had a dirt ring around all 4. I never had these issues when I was using black magic but why does it happen with armor all
