This skinny twig girl called me fat; I am the ideal healthy weight for my height?

I am 5'4" and 120lbs which is apparently ideal but this skinny girl when I was out with friends said 'wow she shouldn't be wearing a dress she's fat' and pointed at me and her friends giggled, I felt really hurt, should I lose weight?
