I've just got married and I'm not sure if this now means I'm "related" to my Wife!!?

We have to complete a form (travel insurance) and it asks if I'm related to another person included on the form (i.e my Wife). Stupid question but we can't get a definitive answer from any of our nearest and dearest! What do you think? Thanks very much.
