How likely is it to be boarded by the Canadian Coast Guard?

I'm planning to take my yacht to Alaska in the early summer. I'll have to refuel twice in Canada to reach the Alaskan waters(U.S), I plan on carrying my guns to protect myself and my family while on the water. I know for a fact, that in a car you cannot carry a weapon while in Canada. I'll be in international waters for the most part, but will have to cross into Canadian waters for refueling. Will we be arrested for carrying weapons on board or not? Here in the U.S, we always are armed while on the water.
