Can i get into these schools with a gpa of 3.4 and act of 29...?

CAN YOU RETAKE THE ACT, it'd be good, i think you have a chance, i mean 3.4 unweighted is ok, not too bad but not too good. 3 extracurricular activites is not too shabby either but bcuz your gpa and act scores are not great focuse on the essays and do as many interviews as you can, it increases your chances of getting in.
